Cable winches are primarily used for moving loads. There is a wide range of devices to choose from, including hand cable winches that must be operated manually and are suitable for pulling objects. Electric cable hoists , on the other hand, can be used for pulling, moving, and occasionally lifting and lowering loads. Cable winches with trolleys are movable and suitable for particularly heavy loads. In order for the lifting equipment to be used reliably and safely, it must be correctly secured. For a secure hold, stable support points are combined with screws and washers. The manufacturers usually supply the appropriate fastening material.
In order to hang cable winches safely, they must always be firmly connected to the corresponding support. This is usually done using screws. The fastening material is usually included with the product. There are several ways to hang cable winches.

Cable winches can be suspended from a swivel arm . In order to mount the electric cable winch on the swivel arm, the suspension must first be unscrewed from the cable winch. You then have to tighten the swivel arm and the cable winch using screws in the appropriate places.

Electric cable winches with an integrated trolley are attached to the installation site using a profile steel beam and can be moved along the beam. The trolley must first be screwed on to an electric cable winch. It is then adjusted to the respective width. You can now connect the cable winch and trolley to one another and then attach them to the H-shaped steel beam.

Mobile electric cable winches are attached with a hook . They can therefore be attached to scaffolding, handrails and other attachment points.

Before installing the winch, make sure there is enough space to turn the crank.

Mount the winch on a secure surface. Make sure that the cable winch is mounted straight. Otherwise the strap/cable will be wound crookedly. Fix the fastening material in the openings provided.
